Broker Participation
An auction is a great way to offer your seller a quick sale, maximize their selling price, eliminate the unknown of when their property will be sold, and still earn a commission.
Call Blackstone toll free at 866-970-7300 or email us at info@blackstoneauctiongroup.com
for more information about how our service can work for you and your listings.
Alternatively, properly registered agents can earn a commission by representing buyers at Blackstone Auction Group sales.
To qualify for a commission, agents must comply with the following requirements:

- Register client/customer with Blackstone Auction Group using the Broker Participation Form no later than 48 hours prior to the auction date. To be considered valid, the Broker Participation Form must be signed by your client/customer and an authorized agent of Blackstone Auction Group.
- If licensed in the state where the property is located, agent must attend the inspection of the property with client/customer and be present at the auction.
- Registered bidder must have the winning bid, close on the property and Buyer’s Premium must be received by Auctioneer and/or closing agent prior to commission disbursement. Commission shall be paid at the time of closing/funding if agent is present, or mailed within 24 hours if agent is out-of-state. Commission/referral fees are based on the winning bid amount(NOT including the Buyer’s Premium).
- No oral registrations will be accepted.
